As global leaders convene in New York for the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly, regional security is expected to take center stage in several high-profile meetings. Polish President Karol Nawrocki is set to engage in key discussions with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, focusing on security issues pertinent to both nations.
President Nawrocki’s agenda in the United States extends beyond this bilateral meeting. He is also scheduled to confer with leaders from Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, where the focus will similarly be on reinforcing regional security measures. These discussions come amid increased geopolitical tensions in Eastern Europe, underscoring the need for collaborative strategies among neighboring countries.
In addition to these engagements, President Nawrocki plans to participate in the General Debate of the UN General Assembly.
